Parivar AI is a personal AI companion application published by Street Fox Enterprise. Your conversations are private — we built this app on the belief that what you share with your AI family stays between you and them. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and what rights you have.

Minimum age
Parivar AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and all associated data.
What we collect and why
Account credentials (email address, managed by Supabase Auth — your password is never stored in plaintext). Optional profile information such as your display name. Conversation data: the messages you send to AI characters and the responses generated, stored so your characters can remember prior conversations. We do not collect location data, contacts, or device sensors beyond what is required to run the app. We do not run advertising analytics.
How we use your data
To run the app — AI character responses are generated by sending your message and relevant conversation context to an AI language model provider. We never send your email address or password to AI providers. The AI only receives what is necessary to generate a contextually relevant response. Aggregated, anonymised usage patterns help us improve reliability and features. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
AI character conversations
When you send a message to an AI character, that message along with relevant conversation history is sent to a third-party AI language model to generate a response. We use established, privacy-respecting AI providers. Your conversations are tied to your account and are not visible to other users.
Who can see your data
Only you can see your conversations. We use Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, with row-level security ensuring no user can access another's data. Our AI providers process your messages solely to generate responses and do not use your data to train their models under our agreements with them.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your email address and identifying profile information are cleared immediately. Conversation data is deleted or anonymised. Contact support@parivarai.com if you want confirmation of complete deletion.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, account deletion, portability of your data, or restriction of processing. To exercise any right, email support@parivarai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
