Account & Data Deletion
Effective: September 7, 2026
You have the right to delete your STRICK account and have your personal data removed at any time. This page explains exactly how that works.
How to delete your account
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the prompt and your account will be processed immediately. You can also request deletion by emailing support@parivarai.com from your registered email address.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, the following are removed or cleared immediately: your email address, callsign, profile photo, country, gender, exam details, and all other directly identifying fields.
What may be retained
Your study records — session logs, flight scores, journal entries, mock test scores — are retained in anonymised form (stripped of all identity) for product improvement. This anonymised data cannot be traced back to you. If you want complete deletion of all records including anonymised study data, email support@parivarai.com and we will process that manually.
