Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of STRICK, a personal exam-preparation and study-tracking application published by Street Fox Enterprise. By creating an account or using STRICK, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use STRICK
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms where applicable law requires it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.
What STRICK is
STRICK is a personal productivity tool for exam preparation. It provides a structured daily planner (Flight Plan), study tracking, a daily reflection journal (Daily Debrief), performance analytics (Insights), a community forum (Discover), and an AI-powered mentor called Nav. STRICK is a study-support tool — not a school, a licensed tutor, a medical service, or a guarantee of exam results.
AI features
STRICK includes AI-powered features: the Nav mentor chat, AI daily reflection replies, weekly mission suggestions, and performance analysis. These features are generated by third-party large language models. AI output can be wrong — treat Nav's responses as suggestions from a study aid, not authoritative facts. By using AI features, you consent to a structured summary of your study data being sent to our AI provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to access another user's account or data; reverse-engineer the application; use the app to distribute malware or spam; use automated tools without our written consent; interfere with the Service's infrastructure; violate applicable law; or attempt to jailbreak the AI mentor to bypass its guidelines.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. We do not warrant that STRICK will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that using it will improve your exam results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be anonymised as described in our Privacy Policy.
